Louis Jucker & Ripopée
In the first concert of the inaugural Spiegelberg Festival, Louis Jucker presents his collaboration with Nyon-based arts collective Ripopée! The singer-songwriter and tinkerer from La Chaux-de-Fonds will be recording his intimist folk songs live on cassette, while Jessica Vaucher, artist and co-founder of Ripopée, will be making the album covers. It's a show full of surprises and magic tricks, in which the audience plays a full part in choosing the drama. Louis Jucker and Ripopée are the perfect crew to lead this mini, lo-fi mass in the old church in Le Noirmont.
Astrid Sonne
The acclaimed composer, producer and artist Astrid Sonne, who left Copenhagen and is now based in London, mixes electronic pop experimentation with baroque approaches. With a background in classical music, she opens up to electronic space through limitless compositions. Astrid Sonne's music mixes past, present and future with its classical and contemporary inspirations in resolutely innovative compositions where one glides without ever crashing. His latest album, "Outside of your lifetime", is a jewel of grace and virtuosity. A luxury artist at the highlight of the first evening of the Spiegelberg festival.
Carebender
Carebender is an eight-part choir of anger and love, a fantastic flight guided by powerful vocal harmonies. Born between Switzerland and Berlin, the collective proposes experimental vocal compositions sometimes confusing, playing with the limits of the traditional harmony, always sincere. Alex, Anne, Antu, Ariel, Lena, Lucien, Rahel and Zooey listen to each other, respond to each other, and offer us an ode that, touching imperfection, touches the heart of emotions.
