From the Peuchapatte wind turbines to the Breuleux quarry
Marion Cousin & Kaumwald
"Marion Cousin revisits romances of yesteryear, arid stories of women dreaming of love, abandoned or abused. Sung with a deceptively sweet voice, these ritornellos tell of dark destinies, sad to cry about, whose darkness transpires in the scratches and the anxiety-inducing atmosphere of electronic sounds." (Le Monde). Between hypnotic and rugged electronic landscapes and familiar sounds of an imaginary folklore, the trio transmits a music at the same time strange and obvious to celebrate, in the heart of its project, romances of Extremadura, autonomous community of the Iberian Peninsula. The rhythms of the wind turbines at Le Peuchapatte.
In case of bad weather, the concerts will take place at the Café du Soleil in Saignelégier.
Martin XVII
The musical aesthetic of Martin XVII is resolutely aerial, melodic and solar. The electronic sounds are the red thread of the Jura duo composed of Louis Riondel and Pascal Lopionat. Described as "Honeycore", or "bittersweet", their music, synthetic and digital, flirts with transhumanism and contemporary pop sounds. The texts, in French, with an innocuous and harmless air, attack the aberrations of our time. The tension produced by the contrast between melodic sweetness and lyrical roughness is the main playground of Martin XVII. As for the actual playing field, in this case a quarry, it will only make the experience more exceptional.

About us
The Spiegelberg festival offers a sensitive and didactic walk through hamlets, wooded pastures, dry meadows, peat bogs and karst corners. A route that allows you to experience the nuances and richness of the landscape and geology of the Franches-Montagnes. Two concerts are proposed, one under a wind turbine in Le Peuchapatte and the other in the hollow of the earth, under the spruce forests, at the bottom of the limestone walls of the imposing quarry of Les Breuleux.
